The world’s best men’s freeriders in skiing and snowboard gathered in Ordino Arcalís, Andorra for second to last event of the season.
Blake Hamm out of the United States of America won the men’s snowboarding category. The overall leader Victor De Le Rue of France came in second and is still in pole position for his first world champion title. Davey Baird of the US came in 3rd. Frenchman Leo Slemett took home the men ski competition, while the overall tour leader Markus Eder from Italy crashed at the beginning of his run, but he’s still in the overall lead. Kristofer Turdell of Sweden finished in second, and Andrew Pollard of the US round out the top three. All the Freeride World Tour champions will be crowned at the big season finale, the Xtreme Verbier in Switzerland which will be held at the end of March.
