R Kelly is facing new charges, this time in Minnesota.
Prosecutors in Hennepin County have charged the singer with two counts of prostitution with a person under the age of 18.
The charges stem from an alleged incident in 2001.
Officials say a girl who was 17 at the time, asked Kelly for an autograph. He also gave her his phone number.
They say when she called the number she was invited to his hotel and offered money to take off her clothes and dance.
Prosecutors allege sexual contact happened.
Just last week Kelly pleaded not guilty to a number of charges in federal court in New York.
He also faces sexual assault charges in Illinois.
