The Northwest is weathering a second record-breaking snowstorm this week.
One person stocking up for the snow storm compared the battle for food to the “real life hunger games”
It’s all as store shelves ran empty in Seattle.
Another person says it was apocalyptic-like chaos, taking 45 minutes to park and another twenty just to find a shopping cart..\
Lines were also so long, it took two hours to check out.
Over eight inches of snow were expected to blanket the Northwest.
It’s actually way more than the average of seven inches Seattle is used to seeing in an entire year.
The storm has spawned a travel nightmare, with air travelers trying to get out of the area.
And law enforcement in many parts of the state reporting accidents all over, which has some people even leaving their cars behind.
