Former Trump adviser Roger Stone is challenging his gag order.
Sstone and his family members are challenging a judge’s orders that limit their social media use and other public comments as he awaits trial.
A U.S. District Judge issued the gag order banning Stone, his associates, and family from talking about the case and then tightened the order after Stone defied an earlier request and shared stories about his case on social media.
Stone has pled not guilty to witness intimidation, obstruction and lying to Congress, charges that came out of the Mueller investigation.
The trail is set to start in November.
