American Skier Lindsey Vonn took to the slopes in preparation of her final race, but Vonn says she felt her rib popped out before she started.
She skied in the downhill course of the Women’s Alpine Super-Combined event. The 3-time Olympic medalist skied the eighth-fastest time in the first leg, but she will not ski the slalom portion. She has 82 World Cup victories, the most ever by a female skier. Vonn says she is skiing to win her final race, the women’s downhill. The event is on Sunday at 6:25 am.
