The news is getting worse for Florida. Now, their head coach Dan Mullen, tested positive for COVID-19.
This is the very man, who said last week he wanted 90,000 fans packed inside the Ben Hill Griffin stadium despite the pandemic. He did take back those comments. Mullen says his initial positive result was confirmed by an additional test. He says he has mild to no symptoms. The 10th-ranked Gators have more than 20 players and coaches test positive earlier this week. The outbreak forced the SEC to postpone Florida’s next two games. The Gators were supposed to host the defending champs LSU this weekend.
