Funeral Held for Protester Killed in Myanmar Military Coup Demonstration
Hundreds of vehicles took part in a procession on Tuesday in Myanmar as a funeral was held for a protester who was killed during demonstrations.
Horns blared and scores of people lined the streets saluting a convoy of motorbikes and cars as they drove through the city of Mandalay.
Thousands have taken to the streets after the military seized control of the country and detained leader Aung San Suu Kyi and other government officials three weeks ago.
According the U.S. department of state, intelligence shows 4 deaths have occurred during the protests and 40 have been injured.
The United States also announced that it will adding two additional administrative council members to oversee the situation in the Asian country.
