The man who might be the great mixed martial arts fighter made it official. Georges Saint-Pierre announced his retirement from UFC, the 2-time champion made the announcement at the bell centre in Montreal, Canada.
Saint-Pierre says it takes a lot of discipline to become and stay champion. He also says “It also takes a lot of discipline to stop while still feeling that you’re in the best physical and mental shape of your life. I believe the best way is to pass the test of time is to remain ahead of it.”
Saint-Pierre started in 2002, he finishes with a record of 26-2 and a 13-fight winning streak.
