House Oversight Committee Warns Biden Of Impending Health Crisis At Southern Border

Members Of The House Oversight Committee Have Written A Letter To The Department Of Homeland Security Warning Them Of An Impending Health Crisis At The Southern Border.
This After President Joe Biden, Released New Guidance This Week To Ice And Announced A Major Shift In Immigration Policy.
According To The New Guidance ICE Officers Must Now Get Approval When Arresting Certain Illegal Migrants, Submit Weekly Apprehension Reports, And Allow Illegal Migrants Entry Into The United States If They Have Personal Circumstances Such As Physical Or Mental Illness.
In Addition Biden Stopped Construction Of The Southern Border Wall, Revived The Catch And Release – By Previously Signing An Executive Order To Reverse Donald Trumps Migrant Protection Protocols – And Introduced Plans To Provide Immediate Green-Cards To More Than 11 Million Migrants Living In The Country Illegally.
In The Letter Congressional Leaders Warn That If These Policies Are Not Changed The United States Will Be Dealing With An Explosion Of Covid-19 Infections Saying,
“The Biden Administration’s Policies Limiting Immigration Enforcement And Weakening Border Security, Coupled With Its Proposal To Grant Amnesty To Illegal Immigrants, Are Signaling To The World That Our Immigration Laws Can Be Violated With Little, If Any, Consequence,”
“We Are Particularly Concerned That The Biden Administration’s Actions Could Soon Lead To Widespread Covid-19 Infections And Fatalities,”
Adding That “Without A Radically Different Approach, A Health, Security, And Humanitarian Crisis Is Inevitable.”
