A shocking investigative report by Ohio State University reveals a team doctor sexual abused 177 male students over nearly 20 years.
The 200 page report confirms Doctor Richard Strauss victimized athletes from at least 16 sports and that administrators at the school knew of the abuse, but failed to the tell the police.
That allowed Strauss to retire without prosecution, then committing suicide in 2005.
In issuing the report, Ohio State offered profound regret to the victims, calling it a fundamental failure of the school.
The findings could cost Ohio State heavily by bolstering the lawsuits brought against it by a multitude of victims.
