Jerry Sandusky is scheduled to be re-sentenced Friday.
The former Penn State assistant football coach was convicted of sexual abuse in 2012.
Sandusky was convicted of assaulting ten-boys over a period of at least 15-years.
He was sentenced to a minimum of 30-years behind bars.
Sandusky requested a retrial — but it was denied by the Pennsylvania Superior Court.
However, the court determined it was illegal to impose mandatory minimum sentences during the sentencing and ordered Sandusky to be resentenced.
Penn State is looking into a new abuse allegation against Sandusky… But his attorney Al Lindsay says “there’s not much substance to it.”
