Kellogg is the latest to join the plant-based food craze – giving the impossible burger and beyond meat another competitor.
It’s called “Incogmeato” and will have options like meatless chicken nuggets, chicken tenders, and burger patties for vegans and non-vegans to try.
The veggie products will be sold under Kellogg’s ‘Morning Star’ brand.
You can start looking for them in stores next year.
Meanwhile, Kellogg will be rolling out another meat-substitute much sooner.
They call it “Leaf Jerky.”
It’s described as a 100% vegan, soy-based, perfect on-the-go treat.
Kellogg says it plans to launch leaf jerky in select markets this year.
It will then expand the rollout to include more areas in 2020.
