The National Football league and Jay-Z’s Roc Nation are joining forces for music and social change.
They’ve entered into a multi-year partnership to improve the NFL’s live game experiences and the league’s social justice efforts. Roc Nation will Advise on NFL musical performances, including halftime of the Super Bowl. Jay-Z, whose real name is Sean Carter, spoke about the partnership. He says, “This is an opportunity to strengthen the fabric of communities across America, and make a change for the better. He says it’s time to stop talking and put actions into play.
