Queen Elizabeth the Second is laying-out the British government’s Brexit plan.
Here she is pulling into Westminster Monday to give a speech to open parliament.
The queen said with certainty that the U.K. would be leaving the European Union by the October 31st deadline.
Negotiations are still in the works.
Opposition parties dismissed her speech as being too political.
The queen also announced other non-Brexit-related bills including funding for schools and care for the elderly.
