Hi I’m Eden Lane, and I’ve got todays Entertainment Report. Let’s start the week off with the Box Office numbers.

James Bond, No Time To Die finished in third place for the third week in a row, adding an estimated $6.18 million. Through Sunday this 007 movie’s total estimated box office earnings are just over $524 million internationally and at just over $667 million globally.

And after being in the top spot for two weeks the new adaptation of Dune fell to second place at the box office earning an estimated $7.62M

Critical reviews and word of mouth among initial audiences have both been good for Dune.

The big release this weekend was from the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Eternals.
Based on the Marvel Comics of the same name. The epic story took the top spot at the box office with an estimated $71M
The Rotten Tomatoes Critics score is only 48% and the summary reads: “An ambitious superhero epic that soars as often as it strains, Eternals takes the MCU in intriguing -- and occasionally confounding -- new directions.” However the audience score is at 81% and with few big releases in the coming weeks it will likely remain in the top for a while.

That’s the Entertainment Report today, I’m Eden Lane.
