The best skippers in the MLB are announced.

Tampa Bay Rays manager Kevin Cash won it again, leading his team to an AL best 100 wins.  He becomes the first American League Manager to win 2 in a row.  The only other manager to do it is Atlanta Braves' Bobby Cox in 2004 and 2005.  Speaking of the NL, that honor goes to San Francisco Giants' Gabe Kapler.  He led the Giants to a franchise record 107 wins.
