The Supreme Court has agreed to hear cases surrounding the Trump administrations appeal to end DACA, the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals Program set up by President Obama.
The outcome could impact hundreds of thousands of young immigrants in the U.S.
The Supreme Court will take up those appeals in the fall.
This means that the DACA program can continue for the next several months until a further decision is reached.
That could be in late June or early July of 2020, just months before election day.
