Trump Bans 8 Apps With Ties to China Citing Security Concerns
President Trump takes action against China this week by banning several apps and software in an executive order.
The White House, in an official statement says that a number of Chinese connected software applications automatically were responsible for capturing vast amounts of information from millions of users in the United States. The agency cited threats to national security and proprietary information for millions of Americans as the reason for banning 8 Apps.

In response the Associated Press confirmed that China answering back accusing Washington of using national security to hurt commercial competitors.
