Two Off-Duty Virginia Police Officers Charged for Participating in Capitol Riot
Two off-duty police officers now charged in federal court following the January 6th riots at the nation’s Capitol.
Jacob Fracker and Thomas Robertson of Rocky Mount PD in Virginia are now facing charges related to entering in restricted grounds without authority and disorderly conduct on capitol grounds.
According to the Department of Justice, The Cases are currently being prosecuted by the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia and the Counterterrorism Section of the DOJ’s National Security Division.
Evidence presented show both men standing in front of a statue and later commenting on social media about the incident.
